Barbara P. Hanson ObituaryWith solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara P. Hanson of Beloit, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emro Pinter and Lydia Pinter (Jaenecke); her spouse Merlin S. Hanson; her daughter Sylvia Ford; her siblings, Robert, Edward, Leonard, Richard, Beatrice Nuppenau, Dorcas Fisher and Gwen Garvey; her granddaughter Melissa Martingilio; and her son-in-law Larry Keeney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Keeney and Tamra Evans; her grandchildren, Brenda Murray (Nathan), Tanya Gorlewski (John), Jami Alderton (Bryan), Sarah Ambon (John) and Christopher Martingilio (Diana); and her siblings, Suzanne Sanders and David Pinter (Susan). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (1531 Townline Ave, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given in Pat's name to Messiah Lutheran Church.
