God’s 10 Commandments
of Love

Picture
1st Commandment
We continue our God’s 10 Commandments of Love Sermon Series looking at the 1st Commandment and how only the One Lord God can bless you. What does it mean that we shall have no other gods? What is a false god? And how do we worship it? What does it mean to fear, trust, and obey the one Lord God above all things.

2nd Commandment
We continue our God’s 10 Commandments of Love Sermon Series looking at the 2nd Commandment. How do we honor the Name of the Lord? What kind of power does it have? What does it mean to take it in vain? How do we misuse it? Why is that so problematic? Tonight, be blessed by the Name of the Lord for good ways to speak His Name and call upon Him to bless you.

3rd Commandment
We continue our God’s 10 Commandments of Love Sermon Series looking at the 3rd Commandment. Do you see worshipping the Lord as a chore or a blessing? How do you perceive the Word of God? Are you excited to hear it? Does it have relevance to your everyday life? How can you honor this commandment to your benefit? Be blessed by the Lord tonight for not only being here to honor this Commandment but to see the benefits of Holy Rest and worship of the Lord.

4th Commandment
We continue our God’s 10 Commandments of Love Sermon Series looking at the 4th Commandment, honoring those in authority over us. Really? But if we don’t have order then we have chaos in our homes, schools, churches, communities, nation, and world. And this command comes with a promise! How can we honor this commandment as we live in the world today?

5th Commandment
Tonight, we continue our God’s 10 Commandments of Love Sermon Series looking at the 5th Commandment. What is the biblical definition of murder? What does it mean to cause no harm to other human beings? What can we do to better care for our fellow man? How do we respect, preserve, and protect human life?

6th Commandment
Tonight, we continue our God’s 10 Commandments of Love Sermon Series looking at the 6th Commandment on God’s Design and Gift of Marriage. What is His definition of marriage? How do we uphold this gift, even if we aren’t married? And how do we go against His design for marriage? May the Lord bless you to treasure more of what He ordained in the Garden of Eden between Adam and Eve.

7th Commandment
Tonight, we continue our God’s 10 Commandments of Love Sermon Series looking at the 7th Commandment on God’s Gift of Possessions. How do we steal that which is not ours? You may be surprised how all-encompassing this commandment can be, especially when it includes looking out for each other’s property, and giving to people in need. May God bless you to treasure more what you have and value what others possess as we give to those in need.

8th Commandment
Tonight, we continue our God’s 10 Commandments of Love Series looking at the 8th Commandment. How do we speak about others behind their back? How do we speak to people in person? How do we resolve conflict to build up the body of Christ? These questions will be answered tonight as we meditate on God’s Word in the 8th Commandment.

9th and 10th Commandments
In the Bible, great events happen on mountains. The church is seen today as a mountain of refuge where we are close to our God through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Where are you? On the mountain? Close to it? What about others in your life? Let today’s Word of God bring you and others closer to Him for safety and security!

Conclusion
We conclude our God’s 10 Commandments of Love Sermon Series looking at the Close of the Commandment. What are the blessings and punishments when it comes to His Commandments? How do we receive blessings and avoid the punishments?
